A UKIP candidate has said she wants prisoners executed by GUILLOTINE adding that mums should stay at home to look after kids in a bizarre, rambling manifesto.
Local council candidate Gisela Allen has also called for sex education in schools to be abolished along with free bus passes for pensioners arguing “these people should be encouraged to walk”.
The candidate, who said she’s “a very good public speaker” is standing for the Garscadden/Scotstounhill ward in West Glasgow.
She made the comments, which she stressed were her views not the party’s, to the Clydebank Post when asked “why do you want to be a councillor?”.
She said:”I want the death penalty to be re-enacted. It doesn’t necessarily have to be hanging. You could have the guillotine. I think the public is entitled to protection.”
The retired Ukip candidate’s policies also include more community gardens, reopening public toilets and abolishing golf courses, which she claims are “a threat to the safety of people”.
Ms Allen is also against increased child care arguing: “Woman with small children should stay at home and look after their own children.”
The bizarre manifesto continues: “People are becoming far too old and the working age must be increased by five years to 70. I would abolish free bus passes – these people should be encouraged to walk.”
