Corbyn surge? Shock poll gives Labour SIX point lead over Tories : Express.

A SHOCK new poll has given Labour a six point lead over the Tories.

The voting intention survey by Opinium puts labour on 45 per cent, with the Conservatives now trailing on 39.

The Lib Dems and Ukip are both far off the pace on five per cent each, while the Greens are on two.

The poll result was announced after Jeremy Corbyn today told thousands of protestors at Parliament Square the Tories were “in retreat”.

The pollsters also revealed Theresa May now has a negative approval rating, in contrast with a surging .

The pollsters explained: “Theresa May now has a negative approval rating, with 51% disapproving of the way she is handling her job and 31% approving.

“By comparison Jeremy Corbyn now has a net positive rating, with 42% approving and 38% disapproving.

“A fifth of 2017 Conservative voters currently disapprove of the way Theresa May is handling her job.

“Theresa May and Jeremy Corbyn are neck-and-neck on who would make the best prime minister, with 35% selecting Theresa May and 34% selecting Jeremy Corbyn.”

  1. He’s doing the best thing, keeping on the campaign trail. When people get to see him, and hear him speak, they know he’s a decent and sincere man. That takes the power away from Murdoch and Dacre and the rest of the right-wing press.

    Corbyn is currently visiting every marginal seat to try and increase his voter share. There was a massive turnout at Amber Rudds constituency of Hastings & Rye, yesterday. Next week, he is off to Chingford, to try and oust IDS, who has had a hissy fit, and called them hordes from Momentum…lol.
